During tough times, you might question your decision to have started a business in the first place. When that happens, it's a good idea to stop and take a metaphorical step back to regain your focus on your company's WHY. WHY does it exist?

It’s important that you remember this because, if you lose focus on the WHY of your business, it's really difficult to manage the WHAT of your business.

2021 Strategic Planning is revving up. 2021 Strategic Planning is upon us. Your CFO is demanding numbers. Your Sales Team needs targets. Looking ahead into 2021 is crystal clear.

All but one of those statements is true.

Think back to March 1, 2020...you were probably meeting or exceeding plans. Remember it was the year of 2020 Clarity. The new decade was full of opportunity. Then...WHAW!

All of those statements are probably true.

Where's the truth looking into 2021? As of today, think the best truth is: "WHO KNOWS?"

Established patterns? Non-existent.
Customer behavior? Upheaved.
Your Leadership Mindset? Challenged at best.

Predict to fail and you will.
Predicting to succeed has to be a daily vision vs. an annual plan.
And ...you must remain proactive while remaining very aware of daily developments.

Here are 4 things we are doing to help us best prepare for the days ahead.
